The only reason he is called Kiki is because I got drunk one night after we first got him and I was searching for him somewhere in the house drunkenly yelling "here Kiki! Where is Kiki!" It just sorta stuck. Even my 13 year old basset hound calls his brother "Kiki".

In the language Tagalog, Philippines, it means vagina. I learned this from my Filipino friend when I lived in San Francisco many years ago. I also checked several Websites. I've called my son Kiki since he was a baby. It's a pet name for him, not used around people outside our family. This was true even before I learned the Tagalog meaning. :)

This is cute. If it's your full name, that's cool-- Kiki stands out and has some character to it, unlike some other names. I don't tend to think names sound "trashy"--the person makes the name.

Look guys... My name is Kiki and I've lived with it my whole life. If you can't take someone seriously just because of their name you clearly wouldn't be able to respect other cultures. It's disheartening to think that someone would treat me as a slut just because my name doesn't "sound serious". :(

My name is Kiki, and I quite disagree with some of the people who think it's a bad name. I have been very successful in life and my name has never interfered with anything. I really like my name (and no I'm not someone who couldn't keep my legs together), it's a great conversation starter. I'm not saying everyone has to like the name, I just think some people should have a bit more respect instead of making fun of it.
